What It Is

Coaching SBP is a targeted program designed for frontline managers, teamleaders, and executives. It teaches leaders how to:
  • Recognize and coach to the six stages of the SBP framework.
  • Provide real-time feedback on discovery, engagement, and credibility-building behaviors.
  • Use coaching conversations to elevate both skills and outcomes.

The program is flexible and can be delivered as a stand-alone module, or as an integrated follow-up to a team’s SBP workshop.
