A long time customer of JBK, Inc. Anne McGrogan joined JBK as a Senior Session Leader in 1995. She has delivered a variety of training courses at major corporations in the high-tech environment and other service industries including sales, negotiation, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal relations. Anne brings over 16 years of training and customer service experience working both internally and as an independent consultant for Fortune 500 firms in the Silicon Valley and the travel industry. As an independent consultant, she has engaged in training program development with some of the valley’s most successful technology companies - Advanced Micro Devices, Applied Materials, Intel, Netscape, Sun Microsystems, Teradyne, and others.
For over 8 years, Anne held senior training management and development positions at NEC Electronics, VLSI Technologies, and Amdahl Corporation. She also spent her tenure at TWA as both a flight attendant and customer service agent. Her extensive front-line customer service background has helped foster immediate rapport and credibility in facilitating meetings and training sessions.
