Alex Palomo

Alex Palomo joined Jack B. Keenan, Inc., as a Sessions Leader following a 14-year career with Applied materials, Inc. in both training and management roles. An engineer by training, Alex brings over 20 years of experience in sales, management, and facilitation of training to the team. Alex has implemented leadership, sales, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and customer service workshops to a variety of companies across the globe.

Alex is able to build rapport with diverse and broad-ranging audiences by consistently binging forth an inspiring level of commitment and insight to ensure that each person achieves the level of success to which they are committed. He balances over two decades of extensive corporate and operational experience with his personal commitment to effective communications and transformative solutions.

As a training program manager for a major manufacturing plant of over 5000 personnel, Alex created and implemented a world class on-boarding and training & certification program ensuring all personnel were proficient with quality, operational, interpersonal, safety, and technical competencies. The program was ISO 9000 certified and OSHA and SSQA compliant.

Alex also brings his extensive business experience in management and operations into his work. As a manufacturing manager, he managed staffs of over 100 personnel and was responsible for mixed model production lines and meeting customer demand while enhancing on-time delivery, cost, quality, and first time yield.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering for the University of Texas at Austin, along with an advanced certificate in teaching and is consistently recognized by program attendees as a superior workshop leader focused on facilitating the learning of best practices directed towards tangible business outcomes.
